FAQ's

How often do you clean your equipment? 

We are committed to providing a clean environment for our guest. Each piece of equipment (yes balls included) is carefully cleansed and sanitized before and after each event using a disinfectant product safe for all children. 

Is Plush Play rentals for indoor only?

Plush Play rentals are for both indoor and outdoor use. We will set up for any outdoor event as long as the weather permits.

 

For outdoor summer events you must have adequate shade (canopy, tent, pavilion, etc.) Soft Play equipment will get VERY hot in direct sunlight. The months of June, July, and August will require an additional fee for outdoor events.

 

To ensure the safety of your children, we will NOT set-up any out-door events if there is rain in the forecast. Please plan an indoor area as an alternative should it rain during the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable for weather related cancellations, however if you need to cancel due to weather you may use your deposit as a credit for a future date (valid for 1 year)

How many hours can I book Plush Play rentals?

All pricing for Plush Play is based on a standard 4-HR single day rental. Additional Hours start at $75/hr

Do you assemble and breakdown equipment ? 

Yes! Depending on your package size, assembly/breakdown requires 1-3 Hours. We will coordinate appropriate time frames with you, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day! (This time is not included in your rental) Please let us know if there are any restrictions that will delay set-up ie: stairs, lack of parking, etc. so that we may plan accordingly. 

 

What areas do you deliver to and is there a service fee?

We are happily servicing the Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and surrounding areas. Delivery fee will be determined once we confirm location of your event and all logistics related to servicing your space.

Do you require a deposit when booking an event?

Yes! We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit of your grand total to secure your event date. Dates WILL NOT be reserved, unless deposit is paid.

 

Plush Play Luxe and Extravagant package require a refundable security fee when booking. 

When is the final balance due?

Final balance is required 72h prior to your event

What if I need to make changes/cancel? 

Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your event so that we may plan accordingly based on availability.

How do I book?

Click on the "contact us" tab via website to get started on your reservation and formal quote. Please allow 24-48h for a response

What payment methods are acceptable? 

Your invoice and contract will be emailed to you. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. 

Do you have any rules?

Yes we do! Additional rules will be listed on your contract but the main rules are .... NO shoes, NO food or drinks, NO sharp objects, and NO face paint!
